What the model leaves out
Monthly prices in USD from Brevo's public pricing API behind the pricing page (pricing-backend.brevo.com/public/pricing/api/plans/all?currency=USD, linked from the page's Markdown pricing), each tier = plan base + that tier's recurring email credits; spot-checked on the page's calculator (Starter 10k $17 with 1,500 contacts, 20k $32 with 500,000 contacts, Standard 5k $18, Professional from $499 at 150k). Free's 9,000 is 300 a day × 30 days; the real limit is daily. Standard (from $18 at 5k) adds automation workflows, A/B tests and landing pages but costs more than Starter at every volume Starter covers, and Professional ($350 + credits, from $499 at 150k) costs more than Standard up to 500k, so those tiers are left out. Not modeled: Professional tiers above 2M emails, pay-as-you-go email credits (no daily limit, no expiry; price not shown on the page), SMS/WhatsApp, Sales seats, and a $109 'Professional plan fees' add-on the API lists but the page doesn't add to any total.
- Every email counts toward the volume, campaigns and transactional alike.
- Contacts are capped by the email tier: 500 at 5,000 emails, 1,500 at 10,000 and 2,500 at 15,000, then 500,000 from 20,000 emails up (2 million on Professional). A big list with low volume still needs the 20k tier.
- Free sends at most 300 emails a day (up to 100,000 contacts), and every account must be approved before it can send.
- Starter emails carry the Brevo logo unless you add logo removal ($12 a month); Standard and up include it.
- Starter has one user; Standard allows up to 3 at $12 a month each; Professional includes 10.
- Yearly billing is 10% off.
