What the model leaves out
Monthly prices from the pricing page's calculator data: Basic $149 for the first 10,000 users, $10 per 1,000 to 50,000, $5 per 1,000 to 500,000 (the slider's maximum; above that is Enterprise). Yearly: $119 base, then $8 and $4 per 1,000. Professional ($349 base, then $12 and $6 per 1,000; yearly $279, $10, $5) is omitted — same users at a higher price, with A/B tests, conversion goals and 10 seats. The send cap (500,000 or 5× users) isn't modeled.
- Billed on the high-water mark of users in the account over the last 30 days, active or not.
- Monthly sends are capped at 500,000 emails or 5× your users, whichever is higher.
- Extra users are billed in blocks of 1,000.
- 14-day free trial; yearly billing saves 20%.
