What the model leaves out
Modelled as one event per pageview; custom events add to the count. Business ($200/mo, 10M events, then $0.00002 per event) adds unlimited websites, members and 5-year retention. Enterprise is custom.
Before you commit
- Usage is counted in events — pageviews plus custom events — not pageviews alone.
- Hobby (free) covers 1 website with 6 months of data retention and no team members.
- Pro allows up to 20 websites, 10 team members and 2 years of retention.
- Self-hosting the open-source version is free; you run the server and database.
